Cathy Wilkinson Barash - "Edible Wild Flowers"
Cathy Wilkinson Barash is a life-long gardener with a passion for plants and food. Author and photographer of nine books, she is best known for her book Edible Flowers from Garden to Palate, which will be for sale at the end of Cathy's presentation. In both culinary and gardening professionals, she and her book are considered the authorities on the subject of edible flowers. About the book, Martha Stewart said, "It is very excellent!"
